Lemon-Butter Chicken

Category: Chicken
2 pounds      whole chicken breasts
1 teaspoons      salt
     pepper to taste
2 teaspoons      garlic powder
teaspoons      Oregano
teaspoons      Rosemary
2      lemons
1      stick of butter

Instructions:

Cut the whole chicken breasts into strips(can leave them slightly attached to each other to make turning easier).

Cut lemons in half and squeeze all halves into large frypan. Be sure to remove any seeds.

Add one stick of butter and melt together with lemon over medium heat.

Once butter is melted, place chicken in pan and sprinkle a little of each of the remaining ingredients over the chicken.

Allow to cook a little and then flip and sprinkle some more pf the ingredients. Continue flipping and sprinkling until chicken is cooked.

The actual cooking time should be around 14-20 minutes depending on the stove.

** For a real treat, pour extra juice over the chicken when done. The lemon-butter sauce is even great on corn on the cob! **
