Cupcakes anyone? |

Recently Ksenia decided to try baking something new and exciting. Cupcakes! Ok, so it's not that new or exciting. However, despite the popularity of cupcakes, she's never made any before. Well, imagine her surprise when she checked the Desserts area and found no cupcake recipes! This has to change! So I'm calling on you, our community. If you have a good cupcake recipe, please share it with us. If it's good enough, we might even make it a featured recipe!
Which reminds me, if you haven't tried Gavin's Best Buscuits Ever recipe yet, then I highly recommend that you make the time. Ksenia has been making them quite often, and I have to say that I have not yet tried a better biscuit! If she keeps making them, I might end up loosing my slender figure!

Cupcakes can be made with almost any cake batter. My mother just shortened the baking time to about 20 minutes, and used the toothpick test. The only "cupcake recipe" she had was about decorating them for Easter. |

2/3rds cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
5 cups flour
2 paks of dry active yeast
mix all ingretions together hand knead till all mixed then let rise use cup to make circles place in ungreased baking pan pre heat oven to 350 let bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
